Why Choose the Additel ADT 875-660?

The Additel ADT 875-660 combines a wide industrially relevant temperature range with high stability and convenient operation. Its range from 33 °C to 660 °C makes the instrument particularly versatile and enables numerous temperature probes to be calibrated using a single temperature source.

Temperature stability is an important factor in comparison calibrations. Additel specifies stability of up to ±0.04 °C over 30 minutes for the ADT 875-660. At the lower end of the range, values down to ±0.02 °C are achieved.

Temperature uniformity is also optimized for professional calibration tasks. Good axial and radial temperature distribution reduces temperature differences between the reference probe and device under test, supporting reproducible comparison measurements.

Another important advantage is speed. Under specified conditions, the instrument requires only approximately 15 minutes to heat from 33 °C to 660 °C. Cooling from 660 °C to 100 °C takes approximately 23 minutes. This reduces waiting times during calibrations involving multiple temperature points.

The 6.5 inch color touchscreen supports intuitive operation. Modern USB, LAN, WiFi and Bluetooth communication options also simplify integration of the calibrator into digital laboratory and test processes.

With the Process Calibrator option, the system can be expanded considerably. In addition to providing a stable temperature source, electrical signals and different temperature sensors can be measured directly. HART communication, documentation and self calibration functions make the ADT 875-660 a versatile platform for professional temperature calibration.

Additional Models in the Additel ADT 875 Series

In addition to the Additel ADT 875-660, Additel offers several models for different temperature ranges. This allows the ADT 875 product family to be matched precisely to the requirements of a calibration laboratory or industrial application.

The Additel ADT 875-155 covers a temperature range from −40 °C to 155 °C. This version is particularly suitable for low temperature applications and enables calibration points significantly below ambient temperature.

The Additel ADT 875-350 provides a temperature range from 33 °C to 350 °C. It is an attractive alternative for users whose calibration tasks are primarily in the low and medium positive temperature range and who do not require the extended range of the ADT 875-660.

The Additel ADT 875-660 extends the temperature range up to 660 °C, making it the high temperature model within the conventional ADT 875 dry well series. It is suitable for users who want to cover a particularly wide positive temperature range with a single instrument.

For applications above 660 °C, the Additel ADT 875-1210 provides a high temperature solution up to 1,210 °C. This model is part of the 87X-1210 thermocouple calibration furnace series and is designed for demanding high temperature thermocouple calibration.

Which version is most appropriate depends on the required temperature range, sensor types, target measurement uncertainty and calibration procedure. europascal can assist you in selecting between the ADT 875-155, ADT 875-350, ADT 875-660 and ADT 875-1210.
