Fluke 700HPPK is a powerful portable pneumatic test pump kit for generating and precisely adjusting pressures up to 21 MPa / 210 bar / 3,000 psi without an external gas supply. The system combines a high-pressure pump with a detachable calibration manifold, 0.05% of reading fine adjustment, contamination protection, a 2 m pressure hose and multiple adapters. Combined with a Fluke 2700G or 700G reference pressure gauge, it provides a complete high-pressure pneumatic calibration solution for field and laboratory applications.

Fluke 700HPPK is a powerful high-pressure pneumatic test pump kit designed to generate and precisely adjust pressures up to 21 MPa / 210 bar / 3,000 psi without requiring a nitrogen cylinder or another external pressure supply. The portable system combines a high-pressure pneumatic pump with a detachable calibration manifold, making it suitable for pressure calibration in the laboratory, workshop and directly in the field. Fluke

The Fluke 700HPPK is designed for technicians who need to calibrate pressure transmitters, analog and digital pressure gauges, pressure controllers, pilots and other pressure instruments at high pneumatic pressures. The pump can reach full-scale pressure in approximately 20 seconds with a 10 cm³ test volume, while the integrated fine-adjustment system allows pressure to be set with a resolution of 0.05% of reading. Fluke

Unlike hydraulic high-pressure pumps, the 700HPPK generates high pressure using gas. This avoids liquid contamination of pneumatic devices under test and eliminates the need to transport a pressurized gas cylinder to the calibration location. This is particularly advantageous in natural gas transmission and distribution, process industries, aerospace, defense and mobile calibration applications. Fluke

The complete 700HPPK includes both the high-pressure pump and the 700HPM calibration manifold. The manifold provides connections for the reference pressure gauge and device under test and incorporates pressure isolation, venting and fine adjustment. It can be quickly detached from the pump, allowing it to be used conveniently both on a workbench and in the field. Fluke

For a complete pressure calibration system, the Fluke 700HPPK can be combined with a Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauge or a Fluke 700G Precision Pressure Gauge. The pump generates the pressure, while the selected digital reference gauge provides the traceable pressure indication used to evaluate the device under test. Fluke

europascal lists the Fluke 700HPPK within its Fluke Calibration pressure portfolio and supports professional users with pressure calibration equipment, service and calibration. High Pneumatic Pressure up to 210 bar

The defining capability of the Fluke 700HPPK is pneumatic pressure generation up to:

21 MPa

210 bar

3,000 psi. Fluke

Generating pressures of this magnitude pneumatically is particularly useful when the device under test should not be contaminated with oil or another hydraulic fluid.

Many conventional handheld pneumatic pumps operate at significantly lower pressures. Fluke states that the 700HPPK covers at least five times more workload than standard-range pneumatic pumps. Fluke

This extends portable pneumatic calibration into pressure ranges that would otherwise frequently require hydraulic equipment or an external high-pressure gas supply.

No External Gas Cylinder Required

The Fluke 700HPPK generates pressure manually and does not require a nitrogen bottle or another external pressure source. Fluke

This simplifies field calibration considerably.

A technician does not need to transport a high-pressure cylinder, pressure regulator and associated equipment to the measurement location. The complete high-pressure source is contained within the portable pump system.

This can reduce the amount of equipment required for mobile calibration and avoids some of the handling requirements associated with compressed-gas cylinders.

Fast Pressure Generation

The Fluke 700HPPK is designed to generate high pneumatic pressure efficiently.

Fluke currently specifies approximately:

20 seconds to reach full scale with a 10 cm³ test volume. Fluke

The actual time required in a calibration setup depends on the connected test volume, tubing and device under test.

Nevertheless, the high-pressure pump is specifically designed for applications in which pressures up to 3,000 psi must be generated repeatedly without an external supply.

Precise Fine Adjustment

Generating pressure is only one part of calibration.

The pressure must also be adjusted accurately to the required calibration point.

The calibration manifold included with the Fluke 700HPPK incorporates a fine-adjustment mechanism. Fluke specifies a fine adjustment resolution of:

0.05% of reading. Fluke

This allows the operator to generate the approximate pressure with the pump and then make smaller adjustments using the manifold.

The combination is particularly useful when approaching defined calibration points on analog gauges, digital pressure gauges or pressure transmitters.

Detachable Calibration Manifold

The 700HPPK differs from the pump-only 700HPP by including the high-pressure calibration manifold.

The manifold provides functions required for comparison calibration, including:

  • Pressure adjustment
  • Reference gauge connection
  • Device-under-test connection
  • Pressure isolation
  • Controlled venting

The manifold attaches to and detaches from the pump using quick detent pins. Fluke

This modular design makes it possible to position the adjustment manifold conveniently during calibration and simplifies packing the system for transportation.

Quick Reference Gauge Changes

The reference gauge connection uses a:

1/4-inch NPT quick-connect arrangement.

Fluke highlights that reference pressure gauges can be exchanged without requiring PTFE sealing tape or additional tools. Fluke

This is particularly useful for calibration technicians who work across several pressure ranges.

For example, one Fluke 2700G reference gauge may be used for lower pressures and another range may be installed for higher-pressure calibration work.

Reducing the time required to change reference gauges improves efficiency and reduces unnecessary handling of threaded pressure connections.

Complete Calibration System with Fluke 2700G

The Fluke 700HPPK can be combined with the Fluke 2700G Reference Pressure Gauge to create a high-accuracy portable calibration system.

A typical arrangement is:

Fluke 700HPPK → Fluke 2700G → Device Under Test

The 700HPPK generates and finely adjusts the pneumatic pressure.

The 2700G measures the pressure as the reference.

The device under test is exposed to the same pressure and its reading can then be compared with the reference value.

Fluke specifically recommends the 2700G and 700G pressure gauges for complete 700HPPK calibration solutions. Fluke

Combination with Fluke 700G

The Fluke 700G Precision Pressure Gauge can also be used with the pump kit.

This provides a robust field-oriented calibration system for pressure gauges, transmitters and other pneumatic devices.

The appropriate reference gauge should always be selected according to the pressure range, required measurement uncertainty and intended device under test.

The 700HPPK itself is a pressure generator and comparator system; its metrological performance as a complete calibration setup therefore also depends on the selected reference instrument.

Contamination Protection

Contamination can create significant problems in high-pressure pneumatic systems.

The Fluke 700HPPK incorporates protection on both the pump inlet and device-under-test side.

Fluke specifies:

Desiccant filter at the inlet

and:

100 µm DUT contamination protection filter. Fluke

The desiccant helps protect the system from unwanted moisture, while the DUT filter reduces the risk of contamination entering the calibration manifold from a connected instrument.

This is particularly useful when calibrating pressure equipment that has previously been used in industrial processes.

High-Pressure Hose and Adapters

The 700HPPK includes a:

2 m / 6.5 ft high-pressure hose.

A range of test-port adapters is also supplied. Fluke

Available kit configurations include:

700HPPK-NPT

700HPPK-BSP

700HPPK-MET.

Depending on the selected version, supplied adapters support common NPT, BSP and metric pressure connections. Fluke

This enables the system to be connected to a broad variety of pressure gauges, transmitters and other devices under test.

Rugged Portable Design

The Fluke 700HPPK is designed for both laboratory and field use.

The complete kit weighs approximately:

7.2 kg / 15.8 lb.

Dimensions are approximately:

66 × 30.5 × 13 cm. Fluke

The design incorporates collapsible feet and an integrated handhold.

Fluke specifically emphasizes that the unit can be operated on different surfaces and does not require a perfectly flat laboratory bench. Fluke

A canvas carrying bag is included, making the complete system easier to transport between calibration locations.

Important Safety Information

Fluke currently publishes a safety recall for the 700HPM calibration manifold used in 700HPPK kits. The recall affects 700HPM manifolds in 700HPPK-MET, 700HPPK-NPT and 700HPPK-BSP kits with serial numbers below 6516XXX, unless the manifold has already been reworked and carries the “CO-0000582” recall correction label. Fluke instructs owners of affected, unreworked products to stop using them and arrange the required repair. Units with serial numbers 6516XXX and above are not affected. Fluke

This safety information should be checked for existing equipment before the pump kit is operated.

Why Choose the Fluke 700HPPK?

The Fluke 700HPPK fills an unusual gap between conventional portable pneumatic hand pumps and large stationary high-pressure systems.

It can generate 210 bar / 3,000 psi pneumatically without requiring a compressed-gas cylinder or hydraulic fluid. This makes it particularly attractive when high pressure is required but contamination of the device under test with oil must be avoided.

The detachable manifold provides fine pressure adjustment, isolation, venting and convenient connections for both the reference gauge and device under test. Pressure can be adjusted with a resolution of 0.05% of reading, and a 10 cm³ volume can reach maximum pressure in approximately 20 seconds.

Integrated filtration and drying systems protect the pressure system, while the 2 m hose and supplied adapters provide flexibility when connecting different devices.

When combined with a Fluke 2700G or 700G reference pressure gauge, the 700HPPK becomes a complete portable comparison calibration system suitable for field, workshop and laboratory applications.

Its rugged construction, carrying bag and ability to operate on different surfaces make it especially useful for technicians who need high-pressure pneumatic capability directly at the installation site.
