Ideal for Demanding Calibration Applications
The Additel ADT 875 Dry Well Calibrator is ideal for users who need to calibrate temperature probes quickly, cleanly and reproducibly.
Unlike liquid baths, no liquid calibration medium is required. This eliminates filling, draining and cleaning a calibration bath as well as selecting suitable calibration fluids for different temperature ranges.
The device under test is inserted into the appropriate bore of the metal insert. The required temperature setpoint is then selected. Once the heat source has stabilized, the device under test can be compared with an external reference thermometer where required.
Typical devices under test include resistance thermometers, Pt100 and Pt1000 probes, thermocouples, digital thermometers, temperature transmitters and temperature switches.
Flexible Expansion
An important advantage of the Additel ADT 875 is the use of interchangeable inserts. This allows the same dry well calibrator to be used with temperature probes of different diameters.
